This policy outlines our commitment to creating a safe and healthy workplace, protecting the environment, and delivering high-quality products and services..

2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders involved in our operation it covers all activities conducted by Nzwalo investments (pty) LTD t/a Air Conditioning and its subsidiaries.

- Management: provide leadership, resources, support to implement and maintain this SHEQ policy. ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Employees: understand and adhere to the SHEQ policy and procedures. Actively participate in SHEQ training and initiatives. Report any SHEQ concerns or incidents promptly.
- Contractors and stakeholders: comply with Nzalo Investment (PTY) LTD t/a Lumacon Air Conditioning’s SHEQ requirements and standards. Work collaboratively to achieve our SHEQ objectives.
7. Continuous improvement
7.1. We are committed to the continuous improvement of our SHEQ performance. This includes:
- Setting and reviewing SHEQ objectives and targets regularly.
- Monitoring and measuring SHEQ performance through audits, inspections, and reviews.
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions to address any non-conformities or areas for improvement.
- Encouraging feedback from employees, contractors, and stakeholders to enhance our SHEQ practices.
8. Communication
- This policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors and stakeholders. It will be available on our company website and displayed in prominent locations throughout our facilities.
